Roasted Lemon Pepper Roasted Broccoli and Bok Choy
This is a fantastic side dish if you have a main dish that's heavier. The lemon will brighten the pallet right up!

Ingredients:
Brocolli Florets / Bok Choy
At least half a cup of oil (enough to toss your veggies
At least half a cup of minced garlic
Lemon Pepper Seasoning https://amzn.to/2mdpa2N
STEP ONE: Make the Garlic Infused Oil
Heat up oil
Throw in as much garlic as you want
Toss around until golden brown, do not burn or it'll get bitter
Scoop out garlic and set aside
Pour garlic infused oil in separate bowl
If your have some kind of strainer, this would be even easier!
Preheat oven to 425deg F
STEP TWO: Season the Veggies
In a foiled baking pan, spread out your veggies
spoon the garlic infused oil on top and toss around
put in the oven to roast for 15 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Keep it in there if you need to! You want some charring!
STEP THREE: Combine with Garlic
Put a small layer of the roasted veggies in a bowl
Sprinkle the cooked garlic on top; mix to evenly distribute
Repeat until garlic and veggies are evently distruted!
